Custom Orders:
For all orders placed through this site please note that they are all made to order. As such the turn around time is an average of two to three weeks for dyed roving and three to four weeks for handspun yarn (though many times it's faster).Shipping:
I ship first class (as available) or priority with delivery confirmation through the USPS as this is by far the best price when shipping from Alaska. I ship in-stock items within 48 hours of payment. If you would like insurance add please let me know and I can send you an invoice with the added cost. Just please be aware that once an item has left my hands I am no longer responsible for it. If you require special arrangements (such as you would prefer a different shipping service) please don't hesitate to contact me prior to purchase.
Returns:
Unused items in their original condition are eligible for a refund less a $5 restocking fee and with shipping at your cost. As soon as you receive your purchase please examine it carefully, if you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact me, I aim to please.
